Not with ProSeries, you needed to Efile the original return with ProSeries in order to Efile the amendment.

I just completed an amended for client who filed his originally through Turbo Tax. And noticed my information is filled in on the original after I created the amended.  So what are the options other than mailing it? Does TurboTax even allow amended returns, so he can file it himself? 

mailing is the only option if you didnt prepare and Efile the original.
