Does anyone know?
I would appreciate any help I can get to enter it in ProSeries BASIC?

Thank you for your response. I have the ProSeries Basic and it won't work that way. I am hoping to upgrade to ProSeries Pro because the support to ProSeries Basic is very limited.

Basic has the exactly same worksheet and it works exactly the same way.
Double click the Dividends line to open that additional worksheet, and the 199A entry is there.

Are you going to Schedule B and clicking on the space where you enter the dividends?
