How to find the "VERSION #" -  the ALERT 3-9-21 07:28AM PST mentioned above when following the instructions.

The "VERSION #" did not match for the same date:

see screen view and then compare to the "README" suggested

all we need to know is How to find the "VERSION #"  - correct and up to date
