I need to e-file a 2019 tax return but because I didn't renew in 2020, I'm not able to e-file my 2019 tax return. Isn't the fast path good for 3 years (current and past 2 years)?

You should be able to efile 2019 because that's the year you bought the license for.

Hey dont kill the mail man guys. I just said what they told me.
At one point I was going to switch to another tax software due to all the technical issues and their pricing. I was concerned with my transfer, so I called and spoke with one of the Intuit's representative. He said, I can file any returns for that year and back for anytime and can amend two years from the current.

Call three times and see if you get the same answer. They won't let you prepare any new returns without an active fast path fee being paid.
