Where do you enter charitable contributions carried over from prior years in ProSeries. I keep being referred to Charitable Deduction Limits Worksheet. But that seems to only be calculating the current year amount that will carryforward. I don't see any place to enter prior year amounts that are carried forward to 2020.

If you go to Line 13 on Schedule A it will take you to the Carryover Worksheet to enter that information.
This would only be necessary for a new return. Returns prepared in 2019 PS would automatically carryover this amount.
