Hello, I have a client who lives in GA that sold 2 rental properties in FL and used the money to buy one rental property in SC. I am trying to do a like kind exchange on the properties. My question is how do I list 2 properties for one on a like kind exchange?

I tried adding it under other property given up but then it shoots me over to UNLIKE kind exchange. All these properties are the same kind of rental. Should I make 2 separate form 8824 for each property? or just include them on one form?

Any help would be appreciated.
