We have a client who lived in NYC and worked there until 2/7.  She lost her job and moved from NYC to Chicago on 3/25.  On 6/15 she started collecting unemployment from NY  On 9/15 she started employment in Chicago and ceased unemployment

Is this unemployment taxable to Illinois since she had left NY or to NY??
