Anyone have pointers to get Pro Series to recognize enrollment in Refund Advantage. It work's fine for year  2020 but 2019 will not recognize the enrollment. I have tried refreshing for several days and still nothing.  Tried licensing and refreshing updates. Called RA they stated it was a software issue. When I click the refresh it brings up the bank products acknowledgments screen and shows there are no items to view.   Any help is much appreciated.
