Proseries will not compute Line 15c on Form 8606T.  Done this client for years with same info. Example:  Distribution $ 10878 Not taxable $ 367 S/B Taxable amount Line 15C $ 10511. How do I make the program do the right thing? OR, am I not doing the right thing.
