Hi,

My client incorporated on Feb. 2020 in California.

The first year, 2020 is not subject to a minimum tax of $800. So I checked the box in New corporation minimum tax exemption (first tax year only).

And I tried to generate the CA Form 100-ES for the second year, 2021, but I cannot do it.

Please let me know how to generate the CA Form 100-ES.
