Hi all
My firm have been using ProSeries for over a decade, however for the 2020 package we are having an issue with our UK postcode, which is not be transferred to Returns prepared and is requiring us to override.
When trying to edit the details through the ProSeries account management, we receive the error code stating the postcode entered is not a zip code.
Is there anyway to use a UK postcode and avoid the need to override?
