There's nothing called pro-connect series.  If you are looking for ProConnect Tax, that's Intuit's online professional tax product.  Since you've "series" in your question, I suppose you're looking for ProSeries, which is one of Intuit's two desktop professional tax products.

The rack rates for ProSeries are listed here.  From this webpage, you can also select other products to view the same information.  Before committing, you should download a trial copy and test run with some of your 2019 returns for free to make sure it serves your needs.  If you decide to proceed, you should call Intuit Sales and see whether they can offer you a better rate than those published.
