Has anyone ever run across a definitive worksheet which lists all of the plus and minuses to equal the QBI?

Every year I struggle with do I add back Sec 179 Gain, etc, and end up using valuable time researching the issue, and refreshing my memory.  All of my notes involve reading lots of material with no definitive worksheet to follow.
