Will I still be able to e file 2018 and 2017 returns when the IRS opens its system on Feb 12? I tried to file one for both years but the  status says " ready to transmit" and turns back to " Return Marked for EF" after a while. I thought after 01/28, Intuit will  be able to accept the return, store it and transmit on Feb 12. Does this apply only to 2020 returns?
