Firm information or PTIN?

Firm information- name,addrress etc..

Where are you seeing that you need to do that?

First, try using Tools > License Product and see if that pulls it in. 

If not, have you verified your EFIN with Intuit (uploaded your EFIN application summary)?   

Thats where the Firm info comes from.
