I'm sorry for the issue and frustration.  The care organization is open sometimes on weekend days, like yesterday, but aren't open today. So.. let me see if I can diagnose the issue.

Can you..

• Open File Explorer
• Navigate to your installation directory (probably C:\ProWin20)
• Navigate into 32bit\logs directory
• Email the proseries.txt file to proseries_engineering@intuit.com as well as an exact description of the error message you are getting (or better yet, a screenshot)
