I got a client who didn't file 2009 Tax Return - Form 2009. I tried to download the Tax Software Pro series 2009 and able to do for federal but while I am downloading for state it showing Server Issue, Internet connection etc. 

Anyone has any idea what can be the issue ? or know any other software where I can prepare 2009 NY State Tax Return ?
