Thank you for your thorough and comprehensive response. I had no choice to leave the Intuit ecosystem( for Intuit link) and designed a simple Q&A spreadsheet using "Lists  in Microsoft..This tracks questions that are ordinarily posed during the tax preparation process or any other project that requires follow ups. MSFT have a very effective way to communicate via  Q&A's that require a dialogue and back and forth of Q&A's as well as the ability to pose questions to multiple users or different users, another Intuit short coming.
