In tax planning for a client, I noticed that ProSeries 2020 Form 1041 K-1 Line D (capital loss carryover) flows to the 1040 K-1 Line D as an NOL carryover.  On the 1040 K-1 Line 11 capital loss carryover is Code C.  Beware.  I have reported this to Intuit.
