You can't. The general thought here is, if it prints with the filing copy of the return, it is transmitted.
This has NEVER been asked before. Try calling the IRS.
All of the forms that they tell software developers they need. Why do you ask -- is there something you don't want IRS to know?
I ask because I want to know if 9465 gets transmitted or does it need to be signed & mailed
