If one of the updates fails there is an option to Refresh the updates in the program. This clears out any 'stuck' updates or 'failed' updates prior to re-downloading them.
- Open ProSeries.
- Click on the Updates Menu.
- Hover the mouse cursor over Refresh Updates.
- Click on Refresh Updates for Installed Products.
- Click on Install Now to install the refreshed updates.
