If one of the updates fails there is an option to Refresh the updates in the program. This clears out any 'stuck' updates or 'failed' updates prior to re-downloading them. 

  1. Open ProSeries.
  2. Click on the Updates Menu.
  3. Hover the mouse cursor over Refresh Updates.
  4. Click on Refresh Updates for Installed Products.
  5. Click on Install Now to install the refreshed updates.
