I've seen this happen occasionally if you have a very high resolution monitor with some of the 'longer' forms. 

Typically setting DPI Compatibility for ProSeries helps.

If you're running Windows 10 that can be changed by doing the following: 

Adjust Icon Properties:

  1. Locate desktop icon for ProSeries.
  2. Right-click on icon and select Properties.
  3. The Properties window will appear.  Click the Compatibility tab.
  4.  Check the box for Override High DPI Scaling Behavior.
  5. Click OK to save and close.
  6. Launch ProSeries.
