Federal Return Efiled ok.

WV nonresident return filed ok.

Try efiling PA resident return and get message "return not transmit". That's it! No error or reason why.

Review for errors, none.  

Re-convert and re-transmit, same message.

Remove error checking, same message.

This is a high income client$$.

Never had this happen. I don't know what else to do.
