What is the EIN number for the state of Pennsylvania. Because I am efiling a Georgia return, it is not accepting the return without an EIN number and PA does not issue 1099-G forms any longer.

Software will not except that # as Fed ID#. in order to efile need state ID# as well

If you enter in that EIN at the top of the 1099-G and then enter in the full address at the bottom of the form it will work.
