Do any of the W2'S have a number in it for locality name? If so, you need to remove that and then you should be able to delete it.

Due to the most recent pro series updates I am having the same issue now for any Ohio tax return that has not been e-filed yet. Already validated that there is no school district code on any of the W-2s. The school districts that the clients live in are school district tax free. If I try to remove the SD-100 it acts like it will delete, yet the form stays on the screen. Any help is greatly appreciated!!!

I started receiving this error after the last update also. I rarely need to file a school district return based on where I am located in Ohio so I have been doing the following:
If you don't need to file a school district tax return with the Ohio return check the box on the school district return to "Suppress this copy of Form SD 100".

You're welcome. I noticed it's doing the same thing this year too.
