A client passed away in June 2019, but the executor did not notify the State of NY pension system of her death until February 2020.  the amount overpaid was sent back, but how do I report an adjustment to her pension for 2019 as the full amount was reported on the 1099R  $45000 reported -  $13,000 repaid
