I make sure both the fed and state(s) have been accepted before sending the 9325, and I highlight the line that says it was accepted on XXdate.
Every once in awhile I have a client call and say "What am I supposed to do with this?" LOL
For my more clueless clients I write FOR YOUR RECORDS across the top.
