The taxpayer and spouse's social security numbers were switched on the tax return. It has been electronically filed and accepted by both the IRS and the state. How is the best way to fix this?

After receiving the information that the return was accept by federal and state I went in and changed the information for next year. It now shows the return ready to file electronically again. What is the best way to correct my error.
