There's not a Line 16b.  There's a column B for a 2nd property though.  Line 16 is for what it says, Taxes.  What else do you want to include on that line?

Front footage assessments are not deductible taxes. They are capitalizable. Generally - they are usually for water and sewer in my part of MD.

Agree with @sjrcpa.  Taxes for local benefits as defined under §1.164-4 are not deductible per §1.164-3(b).
