Taxpayer received 1095-A for insurance covering entire household.  However, the taxpayer and spouse wish to file separate returns.   Do I need to include the 1095-A information on the spouses return if the taxpayer purchased the insurance?

You enter it on both returns, and at the bottom of the 1095A worksheet you enter the allocation % for each of them

Each spouse needs to claim 50%.  And just so both you and the taxpayer's know, filing as Married Filing Separately disqualifies the Premium Tax Credit (except for cases of spousal abuse).
