The program will do nothing about these, as they are a done deal. 

The client can call IRS and cancel a payment and then go online to set up a new payment on a different date.  888-353-4537 to cancel. https://www.irs.gov/payments/direct-pay to make a new payment.

If the payment has been scheduled through the Lacerte software can the client call the IRS to have it cancelled?
