I don't use either, but Im curious with the PBR, what happens if they never get their refund? How do you get paid? That would be my biggest concern (aside from how much extra $ am I paying out for this convenience).

I've used PBR for many years and I love it. I'm upset that they now change an additional $20 tech fee for PBR so I am considering switching to Quick collect but I don't know much about it. Anyone that has used PBR and Quick collect and have am opinion?

I've used Quick Collect for a couple years. Works great, and only cost me $10 ( nothing for client ). I do charge a fee to fill out quick collect worksheet. Never lost any fees from a client whos refund was taken, but it could happen.

Correction, Fee is $15 not $10. The fee is taken out of preparers fee, so no charge to client
