Error
Form 2441, Part II, Line 2(a) each 'QualifyingPersonNameControl' and the corresponding Line 2(b) 'QualifyingPersonSSN' must match data from the e-File database. (rule F2441-524)
Solution
The value at the end of the error represents the SSN of the dependent who is causing the rejection. Verify the dependent information entered Dependents information statement dialog, on the 1040 screen, in the General folder. If you need to make a correction, do so and then you can recreate and resubmit the electronic file. If the SSN(s) and name(s) are correct, then you'll need to contact the IRS e-help desk at 1-866-255-0654 for more information or paper file the return with Form 8948.
