In talking with customer support, the programmers did not set up the 2019 software to include a Send email feature.  Obviously, we need more people to complain about not being able to do so - so that Intuit will take note and fix it!  This was a very nice feature that was very quick and easy to use and one of the reasons I've been using ProSeries.
