I have a client that doesn’t have anything but how much money he made for the year and his expenses how do I complete his balance sheet

IMHO, you don't.  

Decline the engagement if the client can't provide the necessary information.

Ask for a huge retainer and maybe the client will fire you? 

P.S. I don't think Intuit Link requires as balance sheet.
