Everytime I go to download software, it goes through whole process then says "A problem occurred during installation. Patch failed to apply with error code 32. Failure setting File's Time/date stamp."
Any suggestions?

I hadn't check it but I just did and I'm good there. Does anyone know if there's and computer limitations? My computer is about 5 years old. Just guessing because customer service closed on Saturday.
Thanks everyone

Yes, there is a list of minimum system requirements for 2019. A 64 bit system is the main one.

I just started an identical thread when I received the same error. Then I googled the error and received a list of responses that indicate it's due to a missing file or erroneous configuration with the operating system. It could have been caused by an inadvertent manual deletion on the part of the user, or from a de-installation of another piece of software. The fixes entail either taking the PC to a technical specialist for update, or downloading PC repair software from the web (for a charge, of course). There is a trust issue with that last option, at least for me.
