Hey all,
Through no fault of my own, I am apparently the new Proseries admin person at our firm (yea I know, ain't it great?).
I am trying to add and enable 2 new employees to use the 2019 tax software. I am trying to do it through the new admin portal located at https://myproconnect.intuit.com.
Everything on the portal seems correct. An invitation was sent out to them by email, they accepted and are now included in the admin portal and nothing is pending. Everything seems fine and like that part was done properly.
When they actually access the software and try to log in, at the sign in screen it pops up saying that an email needs to be sent to the administrator (me), which I suppose I would then accept them as users and they should be able to sign in.
The problem is when they answer yes, send the administrator (me) the email, it comes up and says something to the effect of "there is a problem sending the email" and the software just closes.
Can someone please help me. Thanks in advance.

I saw another person report a similar issue a week or two ago, I offered up this, but not sure if that helped at all.
If you log in here, does it show a Verified Email address?

There was someone else having a similar issue within the Lacerte discussions.

Their solution may be able to help.
Cheers!
