Trying to install Proseries 2019.  Receiving the following message: Proseries requires and operating system that is Windows 8.1 or greater and is 64-bit." 

I'm running Windows 10 with 64-bit.  Spend over an hour on the phone with Proseries customer service. They could not figure out why it is not downloading.
