You have a habit of posting account-related question on this board.  As explained over the last year, you will need to contact Intuit directly for that.  This is a peer-to-peer forum and we are tax pros, just like you (although there are a few Intuit moderators who stop by periodically, they are moderators and not here to handle account-related questions).

I see from your previous questions that you may be using ProConnect Tax Online (PTO) rather than ProSeries (which you have tagged as your tax product).  After logging into PTO, you will find a Live Chat function on the left panel.  If you prefer not to call, you can use the Chat function to discuss your issue when Intuit is back online.
