It is too late for an individual extension unless you have an extremely rare individual with a fiscal year end.  The deadline for filing a 2018 extension for anyone living overseas was June 15, 2019. Sorry, I just noticed you were asking for the extension that will be filed almost a year from now.  You will need the name, address, SSN, and some information as to the amount of taxes withheld or estimated taxes paid, and a reasonable estimate of the taxes that may or may not be owed for 2019.
