My client changed her cell phone number and now is unable to sign into intuit to see her return.

Try sending new invite and/or try password reset… otherwise call cust service

If at first you don’t succeed…..find a workaround

Thanks, we have tried both of those things. Next is customer service. I was hoping not to have to do that right now.
