This was a big fire in rural Utah. I can't find if the President declared it a disaster. FEMA did come in and the Governor called it a National emergency. What do you think? If you can find it as a national emergency let me know.

Even though the tax law seems to say a president has to declare it, if FEMA is assisting does that mean we are good?
