@IRonMaN good question. My client purchased the home in 2023. Did some remodeling and I think (have to ask yet) an addition to the home. I'm not sure the garage was there or new construction. This information came to me in six emails. No phone conversations. Aggravating.

I don't thank attached or not matters, but the garage must be insulated
