On 1065 Federal Information Worksheet start by checking off the NY box for this form.  Then go into NY, complete the form, then back to the New York Information Worksheet to enter the payment date and the bank information.  When you e-file it will be a separate item (Fed, State, IT-204-LL) to check off to e-file.
