I recently transferred a partnership from 2022 and the Capital Account amount from 2022 is completely different than is on the 2022 return. I think I've had this happen once before quite a few years ago on an 1120S return. I think I called it in then and the answer was to enter the return from scratch because something got scrambled. I'm hoping for a better solution this time around. 

I've tried the transfer on several different laptops to make sure it isn't something wrong with my laptop, but the result is always the same. The difference is substantial, like 28K different.
