Client is a full year NYS resident who does not live in NYC. She started working for NYC Office of Emergency Management in February 2023. NYC properly withheld NYC income tax. I have filled out the NYC-1127 form but the amounts do not automatically flow onto the NY IT-201. How do I make this happen so that the NYC income and tax withheld appear on the proper IT-201 lines?
