So in RI they make SMLLC's file a 1065 ( they call it RI1065 ) and attach a copy of the schedule C or E and file with a flat tax of $400 which we have always had to paper file because obviously you can't efile a 1065 with one member or make a RI state payment with Proseries 1065 but now they mandated that the return and payment be done electronically which is impossible with Proseries 1065 for RI
