According to the updates list the Ohio IT-1040 is ready to print and ready to e-file. 

It will not print from the print return icon -saying due to the return having form not finalized.  However, I cannot see any in the update list for a basic filing that this is the case.   

You can print from the Ohio tab and do the print "form" icon.   And the e-file works.

It does not make sense.  The updates are worse and worse each year.  And mistakes in calculations and numbers that are to flow through - it is becoming a waste of money for this program!
