If you're looking for acknowledgement, you'll probably find a few here.  Otherwise, your best bet is to have Intuit Support escalate this to the developers so that someone can attend to it ASAP.

In case you haven't noticed, (except for a few Intuit moderators) this forum is supported by your peers who have no influence whatsoever on Intuit.
