Have using ProSeries for over 20 years.

I'm using 2023 ProSeries Professional Hosted environment.

Trying to create the Organizers for 2023 to send out to my clients.

In the dropdown box, there is no option to transfer 2022 1040 to 2023 Organizer.  

I checked the Help for 2023 ProSeries The help describes how to do the transfer, none of the options are available on the menus, also says that this function is not available in the ProSeries Basic.  I have 2023 ProSeries Professional, so I don't know what's going on with it?
